Data deletion instructions

Augstash is a messaging platform used by businesses to reach their customers. This page explains how to have the data held about you deleted.

If you have an Augstash account

1. Sign in to Augstash and open Settings.
2. Choose Delete workspace, and confirm when prompted.
3. Deletion is permanent and removes your workspace, its contacts, conversations and message history.

If you reached this page from Facebook or Instagram

Removing the Augstash app from your Facebook or Instagram settings automatically sends us a deletion request. We action it and return a confirmation code you can use to check the status.

What is deleted

Everything Augstash stores about the workspace: account and profile details, contacts, conversations, message and delivery history, and uploaded media. Records we are required by law to keep, such as tax invoices, are retained for the statutory period and nothing else.
